Flowlinc
Flowlinc is an IoT device series that empowers people, enterprises and organizations by bringing the data online to monitor & analyze the surrounding machines, appliances,etc, manage and control the connected machines & devices and provide visibility of their performance. It is one of its kind modular IoT device which can be configured & assembled in multiple different combinations (data collection methods & data transmission channels) as per the application requirement.
Flowlinc connects various kinds of machines, sensors and devices using Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, RS232 and RS485 communication, Analog Input, Digital Input, Digital Output and sends data efficiently through wired or wireless communication on a Cloud/On-premise server. It can also receive commands from the server and perform necessary action on the field if required.
Flowlinc V1
Flowlinc V1.0 is an IoT edge device designed for high volume IoT applications. It comes with all sorts of modularities to equip the hardware with only the essential components for better affordability and easy integration. Flowlinc V1.0 is equipped with wireless connectivity. You can choose only the required network connection on board.
Flowlinc V2
Flowlinc V2.0 is an IoT Industrial Automation Controller designed to support Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory implementations. It includes multiple data collection options (MODBUS RTU, MODBUS TCP/IP, RS232 and RS485 Communication, LAN) and multiple wired and wireless communication options (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM – 2G/4G, LAN) on a single device. It supports multiple industrial protocols and can be integrated with PLCs, energy meters or any other industrial controllers.
Features
Server and Platform Agnostic
Flowlinc is cloud/server agnostic, can be linked with all available as well as custom made cloud services and platforms. MQTT Protocol is used to serve the purpose.
Connectivity
Connect Flowlinc to various networks like Ethernet, Wi-Fi,2G/3G/4G, LoRa and NBIoT.
Storage
It has built in storage to prevent data loss. It can store data and in case of loss in connectivity, it will send data to the server once connectivity is regained.
Compact Design
The dimension of the device allows its use in limited space and difficult environment conditions. The device can either be installed separately along with the machine or installed inside the machine for compact integration.
Sensor Integration
Compatibility with all types of sensors and relays to control different systems using the onboard IOs. Uses Modbus RTU, Analog Input, Digital Input, Digital Output to connect with other devices.

Over the air configuration
Flowlinc can be remotely managed, configured and controlled via over the air and remote upgrade capabilities for all networks.
Device Protection
Protections like Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Reverse Polarity and Surge protection on each peripheral are provided on Flowlinc.
Data Security
Data is securely transmitted and received using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The hardware is designed in such a way that if it is opened forcefully to steal data physically, the circuit will break down to keep the data away from the hands of the hackers physically along with the industry grade encryption for protecting the data digitally.
